This March is being a very fruitful month in terms of Jobchain®'s strategic alliances, and today it's CEAJE's turn. CEAJE has been struggling with the aim of orienting, motivating and enhancing business initiatives, facilitating entrepreneurial culture in Spain. And Jobchain®, with one of its headquarters in Spain, had to join this business trend. Do you want to know more? We tell you about it.

CEAJE, 30 years fighting for young entrepreneurs

It was in 1991 that the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Young Entrepreneurs (CEAJE), such as the employer's representation of all young entrepreneurs in Spain under the age of 41. It was presented as a non-profit and independent body, although somehow it has been integrated into different national and international institutions to make the movement stronger.

CEAJE has more than 55 Associations of Young Entrepreneurs (AJE) in 2021 throughout Spain, and even abroad. They have about 18500 associates representing some 21000 companies, on which 90000 jobs depend. Wow!

Just by being a member of any of the AJE, you can opt for many benefits. Training and advisory events, but mainly networking where more than 500 events occur per year in more than 55 Spanish cities. And if that were not enough, you can have an impact on media and even opt for funding through agreements and grants. 1000 companies have already been funded!

International agreements, CEAJE opening borders

It is on the international side that more efforts are being made in recent years through the creation of the International Commission. This commission was established with the aim of helping to internationalize young entrepreneurs in more than 40 countries. In addition, CEAJE has managed to be on the executive committee of the Ibero-American Federation of Young Entrepreneurs (FIX) and the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (Yes For Europe

). He has even participated in events such as the G20 YEA, CIJE or the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.
